In order to function as a professional licensed construction company, respecting all legal acts and norms in civil engineering, Tehkom’s engineers have the authority of A and B category for construction and supervision of buildings, registered in the Chamber of Chartered Architects and Authorized Engineers. The engineers and construction workers have attended trainings and have obtained a Certificate of Safety at Work by the International Slavic University.
